Abstract

This manuscript proposes an integrated framework for strategic school management that synthesizes prophetic principles with Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational trilogy to enhance the quality, ethics, and effectiveness of school leadership. Drawing on contemporary leadership literature and Indonesian educational philosophy, the study articulates how prophetic principles—grounded in integrity (siddiq), accountability (amanah), authentic communication (tabligh), and wisdom (fathanah)—can be operationalized through Dewantara's trilogical leadership framework: Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo (leading by example), Ing Madya Mangun Karsa (fostering collaborative empowerment), and Tut Wuri Handayani (providing supportive guidance). Through comprehensive review of empirical evidence and theoretical analysis, this manuscript develops a conceptual model demonstrating how the integration of these prophetic principles and Dewantara's trilogy creates synergistic effects in strategic management that enhance institutional culture, decision-making quality, and organizational effectiveness. The framework emphasizes that authentic integration—rather than superficial adoption—of these principles generates meaningful improvements in school climate, stakeholder commitment, and educational outcomes. This manuscript contributes to advancing educational management theory by proposing a culturally grounded, spiritually-centered, and humanistically-oriented approach to school leadership that prioritizes human development, moral integrity, and collective welfare alongside organizational effectiveness and student achievement.
